Welcome to Force Options, Inc.

Who We Are & What We Do...

Force Options, Inc. is a firearms instructor certification and support company. Our instructors offer a wide variety of use-of-force instruction (firearms, non-lethal weapons, and defensive tactics) for all skill levels. Our instructors have a wealth of knowledge gained from law enforcement and/or military training and experience. We offer instruction to individuals or groups.

Force Options, Inc. Instructors are certified firearms instructors who are approved by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension to instruct Minnesota Handgun Carry Permit Classes (HCP).

Our most frequently asked about course is the Minnesota Handgun Carry Permit Course


The course is approximately 4 hours in length and includes a lecture/presentation, a short written quiz, and a 25-round handgun qualification. It is preferred that you bring your own hand gun and ammunition but we can provide you with one upon special request.
